    Fauvettes - Maryse Chatelin
    €45.00

  • Hautes Côtes de Beaune "Croix Simone" 2023

    Mandelot
    €46.00

The estate's finest cuv! Pinot Noir from a 60-year-old vineyard, entirely worked by horse with controlled yields (35 hl/ha). Vinification using whole grapes, without any additives or sulphur — all signs of a deep respect for time and the raw material. Aged for 12 months + 12 months in the bottle. On the palate, it has remarkable depth: intense black fruit, wild charm and a restrained energy that speaks of patience and happiness in the bottle. A great pleasure to drink now, it also promises excellent ageing potential.

  • Aloxe-Corton 2022

    Maison En Belles Lies
    €46.00

The red clay soil with its round limestone pebbles gives a special character to this true Pinot noir. It's a wine full of strength and life that will need a few years to express its full potential. Straightforward nose of ripe red fruit, peony, violet and red rose, chocolate and spice on the palate, long persistence. A wine for laying down.

Sur la plage Hautes Cote de Beaune 2023

    Dandelion
    €52.00

This is the first vintage of this cuvée at Domaine Dandelion. It's a blend of 3 different plots in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. The terroir is partly sandy, which explains the cuvée's name. This sandy soil makes the wine extremely drinkable, with finesse and verticality.

    Hautes Cotes Nature 2023

    Dandelion
    €55.00

Domaine Dandelion's great and beautiful cuvée, the one that has obviously made their reputation. It's a pure Pinot Noir made in the true Burgundian tradition, with beautiful grapes harvested when ripe, vinified in whole bunches and macerated for around twenty days. The grapes were then delicately foot-pressed before going to the press. Finally, the wine was aged in old, multi-wine barrels to avoid any marking of the wood. No sulfur was used, of course. Quite simply, a great wine, but one that needs a few more months of rest before it can be uncorked, according to Christian. So please wait patiently for the wine to rest and take flight ;)
