Bourgogne rouge "Oka" 2023
Arlaud Cyprien€28.00Oka is the name of the first horse to plow the Arlaud estate, a magnificent Auxois who bravely, patiently, and tenaciously works the estate’s finest vineyards, though he began his career in the regional appellations. This cuvée is a tribute to his hard work and nobility. This wine is made partly from grapes grown on the estate’s Burgundy plots and a selection of grapes from other plots.

Montagny "Reconnaissance" 2024
Beauné Aline€34.00The estate’s signature wine. First produced in the 2022 vintage, it comes from a vineyard located in the heart of the village, right next to his grandmother’s house, “where it all began.” It is a tribute wine, deeply rooted in family history.
The vines, which are about 35 years old, are aged entirely in a single large oak cask - an Alsatian cask selected by Aline herself, whose capacity matches the plot’s yield exactly. It is a choice that is both technical and symbolic. In the glass, the wine offers a very delicate, lemony, and mineral nose, followed by a long, energetic palate with an almost stony texture. A straightforward, sincere wine, deeply connected to its origins.

Marsannay Blanc 2023
Arlaud Cyprien€35.00As the only Village appellation that can be produced in all three red wine categories, its character is typical of the wines of the Côte de Nuits, with a style similar to that of neighboring appellations such as Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin. While the presence of vineyards has been documented since the 7th century—as is the case throughout the Côte—the prestige of this vineyard has been recognized for a very long time. The Abbey of Bèze, the Bishopric of Autun, the Dukes of Burgundy, and many others owned vineyards in this village.

Morey Saint Denis Clos Solon 2023
Arlaud Cyprien€59.00The Morey-Saint-Denis appellation is one of the smallest in the Côte de Nuits in terms of area, covering a total of about 100 hectares. It is nonetheless rich in climats, with 20 Premiers Crus and 5 Grands Crus. Clos Solon is a vineyard plot with several distinct geological formations, making it particularly interesting to vinify separately from other cuvées.

Nuits Saint Georges 2023
Arlaud Cyprien€59.00Cyprien Arlaud’s Nuits-Saint-Georges is made from grapes grown in several specific vineyard sites, all located north of the town: “Chouillet,” “Charmottes,” and “Argillats.” The grapes are hand-harvested. The harvest is sorted by hand on a sorting table. The grapes are transferred to the vats by gravity. Fermentation takes place in open vats. Spontaneous fermentation is carried out by the yeasts naturally present on the berries. Long pressing, indigenous yeasts. Vinification lasts between 20 and 25 days.

Almost heavenly, the Vosne-Romanée appellation—established in 1936—and its crus offer the most sublime expressions of Pinot Noir. Nicknamed "the jewel of the Côte de Nuits," this appellation combines precision and finesse.
