Clos Bateau€24.00"Since we decided in 2022 to dig 2 Georgian Qvevri’s in our garden, we knew we had to do something special with it. After our experiments with different grapes and periods of maceration it was clear for us. We love the grape Pinot Noir and decide to do very long macerations with it and since vintage ’22 our cuvée Sang de Terre was born. After 10 months maceration we decided it was ready to press. With a small bucket we must take out all the grapes and we press it with our wooden press. After pressing the wine takes a nap of 1,5 month in barrel and it was time to bottle!" Production of just 760 bottles

Hautes Cotes Nature 2024
Dandelion€55.00Domaine Dandelion's great and beautiful cuvée, the one that has obviously made their reputation. It's a pure Pinot Noir made in the true Burgundian tradition, with beautiful grapes harvested when ripe, vinified in whole bunches and macerated for around twenty days. The grapes were then delicately foot-pressed before going to the press. Finally, the wine was aged in old, multi-wine barrels to avoid any marking of the wood. No sulfur was used, of course. Quite simply, a great wine, but one that needs a few more months of rest before it can be uncorked, according to Christian. So please wait patiently for the wine to rest and take flight ;)

Maison En Belles Lies€56.00The red clay soil, dotted with round limestone pebbles, gives this authentic Pinot Noir its distinctive character. It is a wine full of strength and vitality that will need a few years to reach its full potential. The nose offers straightforward aromas of ripe red fruit, peony, violet, and red rose; the palate is chocolatey and spicy, with a long finish. A wine for aging.
