Dandelion€12.00This is a competition-grade cider, designed for the table, to accompany a meal, not just a Candlemas crepe or a galette des rois. The apples are ripened and pressed on the estate, aged in wood without added sulfites, and the result is simply superb. Very gourmet, magical with desserts, with real depth and a remarkable texture (7% alcohol), making it incredibly drinkable.

Clos Luern€19.00Tigerno est la cuvée phare du domaine, vrai vin signature précis et délicat issue d'une parcelle centenaire de gamays d'Auvergne. Vendanges manuelles, tri drastique des raisins, cuvaison à froid et, évidemment, fermentation spontanée et naturelle. Vinification sans aucun intrant puis élevage en amphores de terre cuite de 160 litres pendant 8 mois. Un vin profond qui exprime avec justesse ce beau terroir auvergnat.
