Mandelot€30.0060% whole grapes. Vinified for 19 days in vats. Two light punchings of the cap. Aged in 2- to 4-wine barrels. Release in May. No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling. The whole harvest is perfectly controlled, allowing the juices to develop an incredible energy. Superb.

Les Robinettes blanc 2023
Guyot Raphaëlle€32.00This cuvée comes from the "Robinetes" plot located in the commune of Treigny. Mass selection of Chardonnay planted in 2020 at a density of 4,500 vines/ha and covering an area of 0.75 ha. It is planted on a clay-limestone hillside with a small proportion of marl. Subsoil from the Portlandian period.
