Dhumes François€29.00François' grand cuvée. A delicate red, made from fine Auvergne Gamay grapes grown with the minimum of intervention. Floral nose and fresh red fruit, slippery mouthfeel, well-established acidity, supple tannins. A graceful cuvée that drinks with disconcerting ease.

Hautes Côtes de Beaune 2023
Mandelot€30.0060% whole grapes. Vinified for 19 days in vats. Two light punchings of the cap. Aged in 2- to 4-wine barrels. Release in May. No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling. The whole harvest is perfectly controlled, allowing the juices to develop an incredible energy. Superb.

Recchione Jérémy€31.00Terroir in Messanges (Hautes Côtes de Nuits) composed of white marl and limestone. Vines worked exclusively by hand and horse. Direct pressing, Ceramic Clayver fermentation and 228L barrel. No sulfiting. Only 300 bottles produced.
