BT 2020
Yann Durieux€121.00Cuvée from the Les Boutières plot, very close to Savigny-Les-Beaune. This is a plot of 50-year-old vines which enjoys excellent southern exposure and is located 300 meters above sea level. The soil is clay over limestone.
The juice macerated on the skins for 30 long days. It was then aged in older oak barrels that had seen several wines over the years as well as in vats to preserve its freshness. The result is a fresh, elegant wine of great complexity.
