  • Poelignié-Monthieux blanc 2024

    Clos Bateau
    €26.00

"A playful wink to our Burgundy neighbors, born from a craving for a voluptuous, creamy white. No grapes from Burgundy, but Chardonnay from the Beaujolais, pressed directly, vinified and aged in used Burgundy barriques. An unexpected encounter between regions, resulting in a rare and singular cuvée."

  • Chardonnay "Le Kiosque" 2022

    La Patelle - Pascal Théreau
    €27.00

A Chardonnay that immediately captivates with its naturalness and straightforwardness. "Le Kiosque" emphasizes freshness and drinkability without ever feeling simplistic. The nose offers notes of citrus, fresh pear, and a subtle mineral undertone. On the palate, the wine has a lovely texture—both lively and full-bodied—with plenty of energy and a very pleasant, briny finish.

  • Montagny 2024

    Beauné Aline
    €29.00

A blend of two carefully selected terroirs, half of which was aged in tanks and half in barrels, this wine is a true reflection of the Montagny appellation: citrus, white flowers, and minerality.

  • Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023

    De Béru Athènaïs
    €29.00

Here we have a little nugget we'd like to drink more often. This Chardonnay also comes from a vineyard located in Saint-Bris in Yonne, northern Burgundy. Again vinified without any inputs, this wine reads like an open book. It's obvious. Citrus, substance, length, freshness, aromatic intensity, this energetic Chardonnay is capable of getting everyone to agree at an aperitif, while standing up to a salt-crusted sea bass. You won't come across "little Burgundies" like this very often.

  • Bulles 2022

    Noé - Jonathan Purcell
    €32.00

BULLES 2022 marks a new chapter in Jonathan Purcell’s journey. A sparkling wine crafted using the traditional method from a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Aligoté, and 10% Chenin Blanc. After 18 months of aging on the lees, this sparkling wine was disgorged in the summer of 2024, with no dosage and no added sulfites.

The result is remarkable. A top-tier sparkling wine, both complex and incredibly fresh, driven by a mouth-watering tension and an energy that immediately makes you want to come back for more. Notes of citrus, white fruit, and toast intertwine with remarkable precision, while the long, vibrant finish leaves an impression of rare purity.

Produced in collaboration with Grégory Parigot, this cuvée once again confirms Jonathan Purcell’s talent for creating wines that are as lively as they are unique. A delightful bottle, equally at home as an aperitif or with a meal, and one that is likely to disappear very quickly from enthusiasts’ cellars.

  • Derthona Timorasso 2023

    Recchione Jérémy
    €32.00

Derthona comes from the Roman name given to Tortone, a town south of Milan. It's a white wine made from the Timorrasso grape variety. From the Piedmont region, Derthona is the DOC neighbor of Barolo with its emblematic Nebbiolo grape. The terroir is clay-limestone on the Derthona hills. This grape variety almost disappeared in the 1960s, in favor of the Cortese variety that produces the wines of the Gavi appellation. Yet it's a grape variety that now wants to compete with its world-famous nebbiolo neighbor. Timorrasso is even considered the future white Barolo.
