Recchione Jérémy€49.00This Pinot Noir comes from old vines that are around 50 years old, carefully cultivated on a historic plot called "Les Combes." This terroir enjoys a privileged location at an ideal altitude and southeast exposure on deep clay-limestone soils dotted with fine marl. This composition gives the grapes exceptional aromatic complexity and optimal ripeness, a direct legacy of the immediate proximity to the rich soils of the famous Clos Vougeot, with which it shares certain characteristics.

Maison En Belles Lies€52.00Nose of black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant, sloe), fresh, clean mouth, brilliant color, precise finish. Fifteen months' ageing in oak barrels have softened the tannins and produced a pleasant suavity.

Hautes Cotes Nature 2024
Dandelion€55.00Domaine Dandelion's great and beautiful cuvée, the one that has obviously made their reputation. It's a pure Pinot Noir made in the true Burgundian tradition, with beautiful grapes harvested when ripe, vinified in whole bunches and macerated for around twenty days. The grapes were then delicately foot-pressed before going to the press. Finally, the wine was aged in old, multi-wine barrels to avoid any marking of the wood. No sulfur was used, of course. Quite simply, a great wine, but one that needs a few more months of rest before it can be uncorked, according to Christian. So please wait patiently for the wine to rest and take flight ;)

Maison En Belles Lies€56.00The red clay soil, dotted with round limestone pebbles, gives this authentic Pinot Noir its distinctive character. It is a wine full of strength and vitality that will need a few years to reach its full potential. The nose offers straightforward aromas of ripe red fruit, peony, violet, and red rose; the palate is chocolatey and spicy, with a long finish. A wine for aging.

Black fruits, kirsch, spices, fine tannins and depth typical of the Côte de Nuits. A structured but vibrant red, to drink now or lay down.
