A magnificent vineyard, beautiful grapes harvested at peak ripeness, vinified without additives using the same rigorous approach as for Pinots. 12 months of ageing + 12 months of bottle ageing. A precise, straightforward and mineral white wine, in which balance and purity reign supreme. Its natural freshness and delicate fruitiness make it an ideal companion to start a beautiful evening or accompany a delicate dish.

Persevérance et Patience 2022
La Petite Empreinte - Mélissa Bazin et Romain de Moor€49.00Perseverance and Patience 2022 is a Sauvignon Blanc like no other, crafted with precision and a great deal of time.
Sourced from two plots, one of which consists of old vines planted in 1959, the grapes are harvested at peak ripeness. Part of the harvest undergoes maceration for 8 days to add body and depth, while the other is pressed immediately to preserve freshness and tension.
The wine is then aged for 24 months in barrels before the two profiles are blended, followed by an additional 7 months in tank to refine the whole. Bottling takes place in March 2025, with no added sulfites.
On the palate, this is a structured Sauvignon Blanc, with density, beautiful energy, and subtle bitter notes that lengthen the finish. A straightforward, lively wine that clearly stands out from the norm.

A taut, precise white wine, to be decanted young or kept for a few years.
