Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey's partner also makes her own cuvées.

Daughter of Jean-Marc Morey, another famous Burgundy winemaker, Caroline Morey is a true lover of her region and its wines. Alongside her business with her husband, in 2014 she gradually began to reclaim her father's plots.

She works her beautiful Chassagne-Montrachet terroirs in a sustainable way, to preserve the soil and the grapes. Caroline is a woman of details and precision. And it shows in her wines. They are gently accompanied by a great deal of care (notably no bâtonnage, no toasting of the harvest).

The wines are aged in demi-muids, with the aim of not over-mark the juices. Bottling is carried out without filtration, to preserve all the rich matter that gives these wines the profound expression of the great terroirs of Côte de Beaune.

It is therefore with a certain emotion and great pleasure that we present you with Caroline's great wines, unfortunately in very small quantities.

We limit the number of bottles per customer to 1, so that as many people as possible can enjoy them.
