Aube Hautes Cotes de Beaune 2024
Dandelion€65.00Aube 2024 is undoubtedly the most iconic wine from the Dandelion estate. This single-vineyard Pinot Noir comes from a single plot in the Hautes-Côtes, situated at 420 meters (the highest!), where the white marl soils lend the wine freshness, tension, and depth. The vineyard is tended by hand and plowed by horse. After two weeks of whole-cluster fermentation, Morgane and Christian age the wine for a year in old barrels to preserve the fruit’s purity and the expression of the terroir.
Limited to 1 bottle per customer

Beaune 1er Cru Montrevenots 2023
Jobard Antoine€65.00The Beaune 1er Cru Montrevenots 2023 comes from a superb hillside, perched at the gates of Pommard, which brings the typical airy finesse of the climate. The wine is juicy and bright, with a floral structure and a precision of texture that make it immediately appealing. Beneath its immediate charm, however, it hides real aging potential, capable of developing tension and depth over a good decade.
