This Premier Cru Aux Malconsorts comes from one of Vosne-Romanée's most prestigious terroirs. The result is a wine with bewitching aromas (red fruits, spices, violets) and a delicate, suave palate. An absolute benchmark that will show its full potential after several years of cellaring.

A subtle blend of Gamay from Beaujolais and Aligoté from Saint Bris. A little bomb of fruit and freshness.

The highest point on the hill of Béru, Montserre is, as its name suggests, a summit of "Serres", a particular geological formation, a superposition of highly angular fossilized limestone slabs. This unique terroir produces wines with a strong personality characterized by their chewiness, concentrated body and smoky, iodized mineral notes.

Cuvée from the Les Boutières plot, very close to Savigny-Les-Beaune. This is a plot of 50-year-old vines which enjoys excellent southern exposure and is located 300 meters above sea level. The soil is clay over limestone.

The juice macerated on the skins for 30 long days. It was then aged in older oak barrels that had seen several wines over the years as well as in vats to preserve its freshness. The result is a fresh, elegant wine of great complexity.

A white wine that takes on a whole new dimension: fuller-bodied, more structured, with excellent length. The terroir of Les Plantes produces a refined, balanced wine that embodies the maturity of Cassiopée's great white wines.
