A sunny vintage, O18 displays generous maturity without losing the tension that is characteristic of Jouveaux wines. The nose reveals ripe citrus fruits, a hint of white fruits and a touch of noble oxidation that adds complexity to the whole. The palate is full-bodied, carried by chalky acidity and pronounced minerality; the finish lingers on salt and almond notes.

Terroir in the village of Comblanchien, composed of Bathonian limestone. 80% whole-cluster Pinot Noir. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days, 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, slow pressing and racking into 228-liter barrels. Aged 11 months.

BOURGOGNE HAUTES COTES DE BEAUNE "Puits de Chaux", parcel located on the plateau in the commune of Volnay, where the lime needed to build stone walls was extracted. The limestone is very white, combined with red clay, producing very fine, delicate Pinot Noirs.

Chardonnay on limestone, vinified without make-up. A straightforward white, lively and saline, with good tension. The kind of bottle that awakens the taste buds and makes you want to come back to the table.

 On this parcel, which is around 55 years old, the grapes ripen quickly, producing a generous Meursault with plenty of tension.

100% Chardonnay d'Auvergne, dense and deep.

100% Chardonnay. Vineyard located near the Col de Beaufer (300m altitude), west of Tournus. Poor, stony soil. Aged for 18 months. More incisive than the 2023, very salty, a wine that really impressed us during the tasting.

In 2024, production was very low. As a result, we must limit purchases of Renaud Boyer red wines to one bottle per person. This applies to all four red wines (Riaux, Saint Romain, Mercurey, and Beaune).
