A sunny vintage, O18 displays generous maturity without losing the tension that is characteristic of Jouveaux wines. The nose reveals ripe citrus fruits, a hint of white fruits and a touch of noble oxidation that adds complexity to the whole. The palate is full-bodied, carried by chalky acidity and pronounced minerality; the finish lingers on salt and almond notes.

BOURGOGNE HAUTES COTES DE BEAUNE "Puits de Chaux", parcel located on the plateau in the commune of Volnay, where the lime needed to build stone walls was extracted. The limestone is very white, combined with red clay, producing very fine, delicate Pinot Noirs.

Chardonnay on limestone, vinified without make-up. A straightforward white, lively and saline, with good tension. The kind of bottle that awakens the taste buds and makes you want to come back to the table.
