Les Horées - Catharina Sadde

Les Horées - Catharina Sadde

Catharina Sadde's "Les Horées" are now available at Mes Bourgognes: highly sought-after vintages, produced in minuscule quantities, that rank among Burgundy's most exclusive and coveted wines.

Les Horées. The name alone sends a thrill through the veins of connoisseurs of great, vibrant wines. And for good reason: in just a few vintages, Catharina Sadde has established herself as one of Burgundy’s most sought-after winemakers.

A former employee of the legendary Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Catharina launched Les Horées with a simple idea: to produce wines of absolute precision, deeply rooted in their terroir and vinified with minimal intervention. The result exceeds all expectations. Her cuvées display remarkable finesse, incredible energy, and that rare ability to combine intensity and delicacy.

Production quantities are minuscule, and allocations are fiercely contested by both wine merchants and private collectors alike. Suffice it to say that the arrival of Les Horées at Mes Bourgognes is an event we are particularly proud to share with you.

Catharina’s wines never seek to make a showy statement. Above all, they tell the story of a place, a vintage, and a vision. These are vibrant, refined, and luminous wines that leave a lasting impression from the very first glass.

Quantities are, of course, extremely limited; that is why we reserve Catharina’s wines for our best customers (and thus offer them through private sales) and limit purchases to just one bottle per person.

Limited to 1 bottle per person

Quantities are very limited, so we won't be able to satisfy everyone, thank you for your understanding

    Les Horées - Catharina Sadde
    €75.00

Aganippe is the source of inspiration: the goddesses of the seasons (known in Greek as the “Horae”) draw their sustenance from this spring. This cuvée is a blend of grapes from several plots: an old plot in Puligny, combined with grapes from a vineyard planted in 2022 in Pommard. The wine was made without SO₂, followed by 6 months of barrel aging.
