Les Hauts-Jarrons (Jarrons meaning tree branches) are located on the hillside below Mont Battois, towards Beaune. Their soil is deep and sandy, similar to that of Beaune-Bressandes. The wines are similarly closer to those of Beaune than those of Savigny. They have lovely aromas but require a few years to reach their full potential and are suitable for long aging.

O21 reflects a cooler year: straight structure, limestone acidity, and prominent minerality. The initial aromas range from lemongrass to wet stone, with a vibrant energy typical of the Mâconnais terroirs at Jouveaux.

The palate is slender and vibrant, with a slightly oxidative sensation that adds depth without weighing down the wine; the balance of acidity and minerality leads to a long, savory finish.
