A Chardonnay that immediately captivates with its naturalness and straightforwardness. "Le Kiosque" emphasizes freshness and drinkability without ever feeling simplistic. The nose offers notes of citrus, fresh pear, and a subtle mineral undertone. On the palate, the wine has a lovely texture—both lively and full-bodied—with plenty of energy and a very pleasant, briny finish.

The wine develops lovely notes of citrus, yellow fruit, and sweet spices, with a distinctly Jura-like tension that keeps the tasting experience dynamic throughout. The kind of Savagnin that instantly makes you appreciate long aging. Aged for 36 months, “Les Budes” impresses more with its finesse than with its power. The wine develops notes of candied lemon, mild spices, fresh walnuts, and warm stone while retaining tremendous tension. The palate is deep and vibrant, with magnificent complexity and a finish that lingers for a long time without ever becoming heavy. A truly great wine for fine dining.

A wonderful introduction to the estate’s world. This ouillé Chardonnay immediately captivates with its balance of vibrancy and richness. "Since we decided in 2022 to dig 2 Georgian Qvevri’s in our garden, we knew we had to do something special with it. After our experiments with different grapes and periods of maceration it was clear for us. We love the grape Pinot Noir and decide to do very long macerations with it and since vintage ’22 our cuvée Sang de Terre was born. After 10 months maceration we decided it was ready to press. With a small bucket we must take out all the grapes and we press it with our wooden press. After pressing the wine takes a nap of 1,5 month in barrel and it was time to bottle!" Production of just 760 bottles

"Made from a small selection from our ‘vieilles vignes’ Gamay grapes next to our house, with a slightly different vinification: open-top fermentation and partial aging in a old Burgundy barrique. This gives Nuit Noires its own identity and keeping a playful spirit."

"From the lieu-dit Le Pavé on the eastern slopes of Mount Brouilly. The vineyard is planted on volcanic bluestone, giving the wine a very terroir-driven identity. Resulting this cuvée is overall more rustic, balancing ripeness with freshness. After nearly two weeks of maceration, the wine was aged used Burgundy barriques."
