BOURGOGNE HAUTES COTES DE BEAUNE "Puits de Chaux", parcel located on the plateau in the commune of Volnay, where the lime needed to build stone walls was extracted. The limestone is very white, combined with red clay, producing very fine, delicate Pinot Noirs.

FREEMOUSSE, the estate's natural sparkling wine in its direct-pressed Gamay Rosé version: the little "pleasure" bubble.

BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR "Saint Martin", acquired in 2019 with a group of friends, this parcel of almost 1 hectare has the particularity of being on a brown clay terroir mixed with rolled pebbles, most probably from an ancient river in the commune of Santenay. It was already organically and biodynamically farmed when we acquired it.

BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR "L'Origine", the only original family plot, was the vineyard where it all began for Clair Obscur. It was in 2006 that the opportunity arose to take over its cultivation and, at the same time, to begin vinification without sulfur.

BOUILLON DE CULTURES, this blend of Chardonnay, Aligoté and Pinot Gris is a very fruity wine made from three parcels belonging to three different winegrowers. This wine is the ideal companion for aperitifs with friends.

21 CENTIMETERS is a full-bodied, concentrated Gamay red, with a shorter barrel ageing period to preserve the grape's characteristic fruitiness.
