Produced in the Touraine-Amboise appellation, this wine was fermented in vats and aged in barrels for 10 months. Lightly filtered. Aromas of white-fleshed fruits characterize this lovely, well-balanced Chenin.

A Pinot Noir with character, made from the press juices of the Gueules de Loups cuvée. 30% whole bunches, a few months in oak barrels, juicy black fruits and lovely fresh, herbaceous notes.

The Pommard 1er Cru Les Epenots 2023 reveals the nobility of this legendary climate: a deep, gravelly-clay terroir that always produces structured yet incredibly refined wines. The 2023 offers dense flesh, vibrant black fruit, and an almost saline finish that is the hallmark of great Pommards. The aging potential is enormous: this is clearly a wine that will develop over twenty years without batting an eyelid.

A subtle and very successful blend of Pinot, Gamay, and Aligoté. Incredibly drinkable!

A Savagnin with top-up water that is full of depth and freshness, perfectly expressing the estate’s style: precise, lively, and unpretentious. The wine develops lovely notes of citrus, yellow fruit, and sweet spices, with a distinctly Jura-like tension that keeps the tasting experience dynamic throughout. The body remains supple and fluid, with just the right amount of texture to provide depth without weighing the wine down. An energetic and very charming cuvée.

A superb blend of Aligoté and Pinot Gris. A crisp, elegant, and simply delicious wine.
