C’est certainement ici que le Gamay à petit grain donne ce qu’il a de meilleur sur cette sélection parcellaire « Manganite ». Les arômes épicés, poivrés, de bouquet garni (thym, laurier…) et de petits fruits rouges sont tout à fait remarquables. Nous vous conseillons de l’ouvrir 1 heure avant le service ou de le carafer afin d’en apprécier tout son potentiel. 

Terroir in the foothills of the Capriato d'Orba commune. Clay-limestone terroir at an altitude of 220 meters. The Dolcetto grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for 48 hours on skins. This is followed by slow pressing to extract the noblest material. Half of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and half in Burgundy barrels made by cooper Chassin for 9 months. A ruby-colored wine with notes of red fruit, elegant and fine.

A Pinot Noir with character, made from the press juices of the Gueules de Loups cuvée. 30% whole bunches, a few months in oak barrels, juicy black fruits and lovely fresh, herbaceous notes.

"When following a path in our vineyard down to a small river which crosses our meadow, we come at this mystical plot of Chardonnay. A plot surrounded by a lot of very old oak trees, blackberries, blackthorn and more and with a terroir specifically with a lot of clay. This is great for biodiversity: say hello to deers, hares and more but also a great breeding area for flavescence doree (which has killed with their virus now almost 1/3 of our plot). Unfortunatly with less vines this year, we hope to have it under control in a couple of years and do some replantation on the empty spots. With a press direct, vinified in amphore and a small part on a used barrel it’s became this mystical wine, just like the plot itself."

Assemblage des millésimes 2022-23-24

In the lower part of the village of Pommard, Clos des Roses is bordered by the village river. The wine is spicy and smooth, with supple tannins.

Château-Fuissé "Tête de Cuvée" draws its origins from the geological diversity of its terroirs. Antoine Vincent's personal touch reveals all the greatness of this wine made from a blend of plots within the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation.

Terroir of Curtil Vergy (Hautes Côtes de Nuits) on clay-limestone and white marl. 80% whole-cluster Pinot Noir. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days, 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, slow pressing and racking into 228-liter barrels. Aged 11 months.
