A magnificent wine, from the same terroir as its Savagnins, with that very distinctive mineral and spicy character. A true burst of fruit—delicate yet deep—with body, structure, and, above all, plenty of energy. A Poulsard meant for the table, not just a novelty wine.

Aging: In a 19th-century cellar. 12 months in barrels (33% new) with malolactic fermentation, then 6 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled according to the lunar calendar.

Terroir in Messanges (Hautes Côtes de Nuits) composed of white marl and limestone. Vines worked exclusively by hand and horse. Direct pressing, Ceramic Clayver fermentation and 228L barrel. No sulfiting. Only 300 bottles produced.

30% whole clusters, gentle extraction with manual punching down and pumping over, aged 100% in oak barrels (30% of which are new) for 12 months.

Aged for 12 months in 50% demi-muids (30% of which are new). A powerful Chardonnay with smooth, deep tannins. A salty finish and lovely freshness.

Gamay from Burgundy vineyards, vinified with flexibility to emphasize fruitiness, drinkability, and a fresh, juicy, and immediate expression.

In the lower part of the village of Pommard, Clos des Roses is bordered by the village river. The wine is spicy and smooth, with supple tannins.
