Not a thirst-quenching rosé. A winemaker's rosé. At François Grangé, nothing is done lightly. This press rosé, made from Pinot noir grapes, is vinified with the same care as a white or a terroir-based red. The result is a wine that is straightforward, taut and precise. The freshness is natural, the fruit is fine, and the balance just right. No artifice. Just grapes, hard work and good Burgundian sense.

No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling.

C’est certainement ici que le Gamay à petit grain donne ce qu’il a de meilleur sur cette sélection parcellaire « Manganite ». Les arômes épicés, poivrés, de bouquet garni (thym, laurier…) et de petits fruits rouges sont tout à fait remarquables. Flowers, red fruits, a nose that "pinotes" like never before, leading to a mouth that is textured and suave, with a rare amplitude, all carried by a minerality that balances this incredible richness. 

La Côte aux Prêtres takes its name from its proximity to the pilgrim trails to Vezelay and Compostelle. It's a beautiful vineyard overlooking Béru. This hilltop dome enjoys magnificent exposure and is always very windy. The terroir is mainly composed of small Kimmeridgian limestone pebbles eroded over time. Chablis Côte aux Prêtres is a wine of great tension, whose powerful minerality is expressed by notes of iodized salt. It is a wine of great sapidity.
