Terroir in the foothills of the Capriato d'Orba commune. Clay-limestone terroir at an altitude of 220 meters. The Dolcetto grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for 48 hours on skins. This is followed by slow pressing to extract the noblest material. Half of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and half in Burgundy barrels made by cooper Chassin for 9 months. A ruby-colored wine with notes of red fruit, elegant and fine.

A new cuvée from a fine parcel in Saint Aubin. Vines 7 years old, first real harvest. 100% whole harvest, small berries, magnificent substance, good density. Superb pinot.

In the lower part of the village of Pommard, Clos des Roses is bordered by the village river. The wine is spicy and smooth, with supple tannins.

Not a thirst-quenching rosé. A winemaker's rosé. At François Grangé, nothing is done lightly. This press rosé, made from Pinot noir grapes, is vinified with the same care as a white or a terroir-based red. The result is a wine that is straightforward, taut and precise. The freshness is natural, the fruit is fine, and the balance just right. No artifice. Just grapes, hard work and good Burgundian sense.

No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling.

C’est certainement ici que le Gamay à petit grain donne ce qu’il a de meilleur sur cette sélection parcellaire « Manganite ». Les arômes épicés, poivrés, de bouquet garni (thym, laurier…) et de petits fruits rouges sont tout à fait remarquables. Nous vous conseillons de l’ouvrir 1 heure avant le service ou de le carafer afin d’en apprécier tout son potentiel. 

Pinot Noir from vines over 80 years old in Ladoix, vinified as whole clusters and aged for 18 months in old barrels.

Morello cherry, fresh red fruit, supple tannins, and a delicious palate.

The estate's charming Pinot, immediate but serious.

The "Roue libre" cuvée is an obvious choice. An immediate, direct, jovial wine.
