"From the lieu-dit Le Pavé on the eastern slopes of Mount Brouilly. The vineyard is planted on volcanic bluestone, giving the wine a very terroir-driven identity. Resulting this cuvée is overall more rustic, balancing ripeness with freshness. After nearly two weeks of maceration, the wine was aged used Burgundy barriques."

A pure Volnay, produced from light, chalky soils that yield a delicate, airy red wine full of finesse. Silky texture, crisp red berries, fresh and elegant finish.

Deep terroir with more clay, offering a more structured and full-bodied Volnay. Ripe fruit, generous on the palate, enveloping tannins, but still with the elegance typical of Volnay.

Antoine Jobard's Meursault 1er Cru Genevrières 2023 draws its depth from one of the commune's greatest white terroirs, a magical hillside that always produces refined tension and incredible mineral vibrancy. It is a straightforward, finely crafted wine with an almost saline energy beneath an already ample structure. The aging potential is immense: this is a Genevrières built to last for decades.

The vineyard, which enjoys excellent exposure (east-southeast), always produces well-ripened grapes. Located at an altitude of 260 meters, it rests on limestone soils formed from the weathering of gravelly colluvial deposits on the hillside.

Les Combottes is located on the border between Gevrey-Chambertin and Morey-Saint-Denis, between the grands crus Latricières-Chambertin, Mazoyères-Chambertin, and Clos de la Roche.

One of the estate's oldest parcels, preserved through mass selection. From cultivation to vinification, each operation is tailored to the vintage in order to highlight the typical characteristics of this terroir. The wine is aged in oak barrels, a third of which are new.

Les Lavières takes its name from the lava in its subsoil, which is covered with very stony brown earth. Very fragrant at first, this premier cru remains so as it ages, which is typical of this appellation. It produces a tender, elegant, and pleasant wine in its youth, due to its finesse. It releases numerous aromas of red fruit and violet very early on. It remains very intense as it ages. With age, it develops a terroir flavor reminiscent of flint or smoke. It can be stored for around fifteen years without any problem.

Les Hauts-Jarrons (Jarrons meaning tree branches) are located on the hillside below Mont Battois, towards Beaune. Their soil is deep and sandy, similar to that of Beaune-Bressandes. The wines are similarly closer to those of Beaune than those of Savigny. They have lovely aromas but require a few years to reach their full potential and are suitable for long aging.
