The Morey-Saint-Denis appellation is one of the smallest in the Côte de Nuits in terms of area, covering a total of about 100 hectares. It is nonetheless rich in climats, with 20 Premiers Crus and 5 Grands Crus. Clos Solon is a vineyard plot with several distinct geological formations, making it particularly interesting to vinify separately from other cuvées.

“Les Petits Monts” is a vineyard located in the highest part of Vosne-Romanée, next to “Clos Parentoux” and the Richebourg Grand Cru vineyards. The soil is loose and is worked by horse and by hand.

This wine comes from a single vineyard north of the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges called “Les Chaignots.”

The name of this cuvée pays tribute to the estate’s founder, Joseph Arlaud, who acquired the historic 14th-century cellar in Nuits-Saint-Georges.

blend of 4 parcels, 100% whole harvest, little manipulation, infusion-type vinification but, behind, a very fine substance as vines date from 1942. A light, airy, fruity wine.

A wonderful introduction to the estate’s world. This ouillé Chardonnay immediately captivates with its balance of vibrancy and richness. The nose blends ripe citrus, white flowers, and a slightly chalky note typical of the great terroirs of L’Étoile. On the palate, the wine has a delicate yet taut texture, with great fluidity and a particularly addictive, briny finish. A luminous, precise, and incredibly easy-drinking Jura white.

100% Chardonnay, aged for four years under a veil of yeast, and possessing an absolutely superb character. This cuvée has more body and density than the 2022 Savagnin, with a full-bodied, enveloping texture. Yet despite this richness, the wine remains perfectly balanced by a remarkable tension. Notes of dried fruit, salted butter, nuts, and spices intertwine with great precision. A bottle for contemplation as much as an exceptional wine for fine dining.

"Made from a small selection from our ‘vieilles vignes’ Gamay grapes next to our house, with a slightly different vinification: open-top fermentation and partial aging in a old Burgundy barrique. This gives Nuit Noires its own identity and keeping a playful spirit."

Terroir in the village of Comblanchien, composed of Bathonian limestone. 80% whole-cluster Pinot Noir. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days, 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, slow pressing and racking into 228-liter barrels. Aged 11 months.
