Savigny white wines come from soils known as "white" soils, which are partly marly. Only 5% of Savigny's vineyards are planted with white wine grape varieties. The most suitable terrain is located at the entrance to the village, on a gently sloping north-facing hillside (Les Saucours), and at the exit of the village towards Bouilland, on a south-facing hillside (Les Vermots). Savigny-les-Beaune whites are well-structured, dry wines with good body and a beautiful golden-green color.

An elegant and refined Meursault, marked by subtle buttery notes and vibrant energy.

A fresh and straightforward white Auxey-Duresses, with a floral and mineral profile and a lovely tension on the finish.

Ample and generous, it combines rich flavor and balance, with beautifully ripe fruit.

A straightforward, structured Pinot Noir, combining vibrant red fruit and refined tannins.

South/East-facing terroir, on a soil composed of lava (a thin layer of limestone), marl and limestone with entroques. On the same line as Pernands Vergelesses 1 er cru “Les Caradeux”. 75% whole-cluster Pinot Noir. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days, 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, slow pressing and racking into 228-liter barrels. Aged 11 months.

A rosé wine to enjoy with a meal. It has character and a very vinous side.

Parcel selection, Gamay vines planted in 1990 at Huire near Beaujeu. Altitude 400 m, southeast exposure. Gobelet vineyard on very siliceous soil, 25% slope, biodynamic viticulture. Direct pressing, cold settling without sulfur. Low-temperature vinification in stainless-steel vats, no chaptalization. At the end of fermentation, placed in barrels for six months. Racking, no fining, no filtration, bottled at the Domaine by gravity with no added sulfur.

A juicy, spicy Gamay to be drunk slightly chilled. Sometimes simplicity is good.

Variation Chardonnay 80% - Pinot Noir 20%.

A blend of several vintages of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, perfectly balanced between freshness and delicacy. It's a lively crémant that juggles delicacy and consistency, playing with our taste buds in an ethereal balance.

Crisp Pinot Noir, full of red fruit and lightness. 100% whole harvest. Just the right amount of pinot, with lovely freshness and mellow tannins.
