The Morey-Saint-Denis appellation is one of the smallest in the Côte de Nuits in terms of area, covering a total of about 100 hectares. It is nonetheless rich in climats, with 20 Premiers Crus and 5 Grands Crus. Clos Solon is a vineyard plot with several distinct geological formations, making it particularly interesting to vinify separately from other cuvées.

The kind of Savagnin that instantly makes you appreciate long aging. Aged for 36 months, “Les Budes” impresses more with its finesse than with its power. The wine develops notes of candied lemon, mild spices, fresh walnuts, and warm stone while retaining tremendous tension. The palate is deep and vibrant, with magnificent complexity and a finish that lingers for a long time without ever becoming heavy. A truly great wine for fine dining.

100% Chardonnay, aged for four years under a veil of yeast, and possessing an absolutely superb character. This cuvée has more body and density than the 2022 Savagnin, with a full-bodied, enveloping texture. Yet despite this richness, the wine remains perfectly balanced by a remarkable tension. Notes of dried fruit, salted butter, nuts, and spices intertwine with great precision. A bottle for contemplation as much as an exceptional wine for fine dining.

Terroir in the village of Comblanchien, composed of Bathonian limestone. 80% whole-cluster Pinot Noir. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days, 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, slow pressing and racking into 228-liter barrels. Aged 11 months.

The Beaune 1er Cru Montrevenots 2023 comes from a superb hillside, perched at the gates of Pommard, which brings the typical airy finesse of the climate. The wine is juicy and bright, with a floral structure and a precision of texture that make it immediately appealing. Beneath its immediate charm, however, it hides real aging potential, capable of developing tension and depth over a good decade.

A full-bodied, straightforward wine with aromas of black fruit and a hint of spice. It combines power and refinement.

The vineyard faces east-southeast at an altitude of 260 meters. It is planted on thin clay-loam-sand soils. The soil contains round rocks resembling pebbles, known locally as "wolf heads."

Les Millandes is located on the north side of Morey, below Clos de la Roche, just at the entrance to the village, between "La Riotte" and "Les Faconnières."
