Les terres sont argileuses et profondes bien que l'on trouve plus de calcaire dans la partie haute de la parcelle. Cette vigne se situe dans la première partie du côteau et est exposée à l'Est.

Tigerno est la cuvée phare du domaine, vrai vin signature précis et délicat issue d'une parcelle centenaire de gamays d'Auvergne. Vendanges manuelles, tri drastique des raisins, cuvaison à froid et, évidemment, fermentation spontanée et naturelle. Vinification sans aucun intrant puis élevage en amphores de terre cuite de 160 litres pendant 8 mois. Un vin profond qui exprime avec justesse ce beau terroir auvergnat. 

The most mineral of the house's white cuvées. Saline, vertical, taut profile. Beautiful bitterness on the finish, which calls to the table. A serious white with discreet charm.

A Chardonnay just the way we like it! A magnificent vineyard, beautiful grapes harvested at peak ripeness, vinified without additives using the same rigorous approach as for Pinots. 12 months of ageing + 12 months of bottle ageing. A precise, straightforward and mineral white wine, in which balance and purity reign supreme. Its natural freshness and delicate fruitiness make it an ideal companion to start a beautiful evening or accompany a delicate dish.

A lively, aromatic wine with a round palate and a floral finish. Perfect as an aperitif or to start a meal.

Terroir of Curtil Vergy (Hautes Côtes de Nuits) on clay-limestone and white marl. 80% whole-cluster Pinot Noir. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days, 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, slow pressing and racking into 228-liter barrels. Aged 11 months.
