The most structured cuvée. Black fruit, stone, sweet spices. The substance remains fine, without rusticity, with good length. A modern Pommard that favors elegance over power.

70-year-old plot of Pinot located in the heart of Comblanchien. The vines are hand-grown. The grapes are delicately vinified in whole bunches, and the wine is aged in barrel for one year.

François' grand cuvée. A delicate red, made from fine Auvergne Gamay grapes grown with the minimum of intervention. Floral nose and fresh red fruit, slippery mouthfeel, well-established acidity, supple tannins. A graceful cuvée that drinks with disconcerting ease.

Les terres sont argileuses et profondes bien que l'on trouve plus de calcaire dans la partie haute de la parcelle. Cette vigne se situe dans la première partie du côteau et est exposée à l'Est.

The most mineral of the house's white cuvées. Saline, vertical, taut profile. Beautiful bitterness on the finish, which calls to the table. A serious white with discreet charm.

Tigerno est la cuvée phare du domaine, vrai vin signature précis et délicat issue d'une parcelle centenaire de gamays d'Auvergne. Vendanges manuelles, tri drastique des raisins, cuvaison à froid et, évidemment, fermentation spontanée et naturelle. Vinification sans aucun intrant puis élevage en amphores de terre cuite de 160 litres pendant 8 mois. Un vin profond qui exprime avec justesse ce beau terroir auvergnat.
