The king of Italian red grape varieties, the rival of our Burgundian Pinot Noir.

It comes from the Garbagnina commune, next to the Dolcetto produced in the Capriato d'Orba commune. Clay-limestone terroir at 200 meters altitude. 60% whole-cluster Nebbiolo. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days, 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, slow pressing and racking into 228-liter barrels. Aged 10 months. Rose petals, structure, depth, an intense wine.

"Jarron" terroir, facing south-west of Saint Romain. Soil composed of marl and limestone scree. Direct pressing, Clayver Ceramic fermentation and 500L casks.

New vintage from Pierre Mang for 2024. 100% Chardonnay harvested at full maturity. A full-bodied wine with superb volume but which retains a lot of freshness.

Always a model of its kind. Pinots that are so complete, precise, and aromatic—with that signature delicate and persistent scent of wilted roses—are honestly very rare. Unfortunately for enthusiasts, quantities remain once again negligible.

Limit: 1 bottle per customer.

100% Chardonnay harvested at full maturity and aged for 18 months. A dense, earthy wine with beautiful length. Can be enjoyed now with food, but will reveal its full potential after a period of aging.

Limit: 2 bottles per customer.

100% Chardonnay. Vineyard located near the Col de Beaufer (300m altitude), west of Tournus. Poor, stony soil. Aged for 18 months. More incisive than the 2023, very salty, a wine that really impressed us during the tasting.

A Pinot Noir with character, made from the press juices of the Gueules de Loups cuvée. 30% whole bunches, a few months in oak barrels, juicy black fruits and lovely fresh, herbaceous notes.

30% whole clusters, gentle extraction with manual punching down and pumping over, aged 100% in oak barrels (30% of which are new) for 12 months.

Aged for 12 months in 50% demi-muids (30% of which are new). A powerful Chardonnay with smooth, deep tannins. A salty finish and lovely freshness.
